Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 3 apples, cored
- 5 leaves of Kale, or any hardy leafy green
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt
Grate carrots and apples, then toss in the lemon juice. The lemon juice will keep the apples from becoming brown. Thinly slice the kale and toss in with carrots and apples. Salt to taste.
